I had a dream there was a looming zombie apocalypse. i knew the virus got to the elephants (i've never seen an elephant irl, i live by the north american desert) and that eventually it would really spread to humans, and i wanted to get out of the village (?) I was living in as soon as possible to stay away from the zombie outbreak, to live alone. i think one of the symptoms was that the skin would pick a spot and turn brown to yellow as if decomposing. gross af
i don't know where i lived, i don't know what happened to my family. my dogs didn't really exist in the dream... i only know that the "outside" of my house was like a village (?) and there was tall, yellow grass outside that reached maybe to knee level, and that one of my aunts definitely lived there and there were some big ass skinny dogs (abnormally so) around the village, i think they were someone's pet still lol
i only remember i tried to betray one of my aunts (N) because the top of her house had a really good "secret" underwater cave or something (?)with good gem resources like a few emeralds and the like at the very top just hanging out... already mined..., and i wanted them really bad to make a good escape with new valuable resources. i wanted to... kill her? and then make it seem like someone broke into her house to break into the cave, very violently, to take the good stuff (i was breaking random things like glass when i was inside the water cave and outside the cave to build up this narrative that a violent thief broke in and killed her... while she knew i was visiting her... and she knew i was in the water cave because she wanted to show me inside, because I told her....). i think my plan was to fuck up her water cave a little, kill her when she was underwater and started realizing that i was doing freaky little weird betrayal things... but i got too ahead of her and too into my plan, and i was really far from her when i could hear the echos of her realizing what was going on so I couldn't kill her, and i tried ",quitting," like in a videogame through a menu and i think it worked
and with water cave i mean that it was like a normal cave but the inside was submerged with water, and that her house was likely a cave house (?) and carved under the water cave a good three normal house levels or so, and it also was like a videogame in the sense that it had like levels that went upwards, like 5 or 10 more levels of upwards water cave levels. and I don't remember holding my breath in or feeling at pain of breaking things (i was wearing fancy ankle-high heels in my dream? I think), and I didn't feel the glass I broke under the water cut me. I think I only felt like the comforting water weight of swimming underwater... It was pleasant, I don't remember the water temperature... Maybe it was a little lukewarm. The cave was dark but I was making my way through it by feeling up the walls and feeling the way the current blew (somehow)
