long time no see, eh? okay, so to start this entry i want to mention that this is the second time i've had this dream.
basically, the Big Thing was that an alien had decided to come to earth, and it's favorite hang out spot was my high school (but it wasn't really my high school, blah blah, i bet i've mentioned that before happening in my dreams, so you get the drill). for some reason, people kept sending their children to highschool despite a very scary thing handing around in the immediate vacinities, and the idea of not going to school had only occurred to me soon before i woke up. so no one was very smart in this dream
the behavior of the alien was very similar to that of the behavior of whoever had the green mask on their face in that one movie, very cartoony & upbeat, couldn't keep his hands on himself at all (?) and his appearance was that of a skinny male and his face was very tight, and constantly pulled into a smile. also for some reason the Government
now that i think about it
MORE background: apparently, it wasn't the first time the alien had visited earth. it had, for some reason, revealed itself to rap artists like snopp dog & kendrick lamar, and they had all decided to make a rap musical about how they meet it (?) as teenagers who were all bffs ... of course, at the time of release no one knew the alien was real, and everyone thought it was a kind of fictionalized recount of their teenage years with an alien as a metaphor for the voyeur audience or some shit. i don't know the ending or why the alien left them behind, but i think it had just been hanging around humanity anonymously until it got bored... the songs of the musical were really, really good though. shame it was just from a dream

EDITORIAL NOTE (20/06/2025): sorry, I wrote this years ago and touched on it a little to post it! forgive me, bearblog. i really don't remember jackshit about this dream other than the kendrick lamar alien musical. the music wasn't anything like hamilton it was really awesome and floaty (?) like sza's musical... i still wish it were real. it could be a banger set up for a story, hell even an actual musical. but if you use it you have to pay me royalties... this dream came from the depths of my beautiful mind so it's only fair
